How quickly can you clear a property?+
Often the same day. We are out seven days a week between 7am and 7pm, so if you call early we will tell you honestly what we can do that day and book you in straight away if we can.
What does a quote cost?+
Nothing. The initial quote and survey are free, and the price we agree is the price you pay unless you ask us to clear more than we looked at.
Is there a job too small?+
No. We clear whole properties and we clear a single room, a garage or one van load. Small jobs are quoted the same way as large ones.
What happens to the contents?+
Anything with life left in it is reused, and where possible unwanted items are donated to charity as part of the service. Metal, wood, textiles and electricals are separated for recycling, and landfill is the last resort rather than the default.
Are you insured?+
Yes, we are fully insured with public liability cover. Ask us and we will confirm the details before we start.
Do you handle bereavement and probate clearances?+
Yes, and a good part of our work is exactly that. We work at your pace, set aside paperwork, photographs and keepsakes for you to check, and we never rush a family through it.
Can you help with hoarded or very full properties?+
Yes. We arrive low-key, work through room by room at a pace you are comfortable with, and keep everything discreet from start to finish.
